The Avery Burton Foundation at the Las Vegas Book Festival

Last weekend I attended the Las Vegas Book Festival because our non-profit organization, The Avery Burton Foundation, had a booth. Our founder, Reggie Burton, wrote a book called “This is Depression” and he spoke on a panel discussion during the event. All proceeds from the book benefit our foundation. I am proud to be a member of the board of directors for this non-profit because our goal is to raise awareness for mental health. We want every family to have one member certified in Mental Health First Aid like I am.
