Tech Consultants Launch Their Engaged Leadership Practicum

LAS VEGAS – June 26, 2023 – PRLog — Luckygirliegirl Christina Aldan and Leslie Martinich are consultants with a long history of mentoring, coaching, and consulting in the tech industry. Their live leadership program will be hosted online using Zoom video conferencing. The event will be held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. UTC/10:00 a.m. PT/1:00 p.m. ET. The workshop will open with a lecture about a specific emotional resilience topic. Next, role-playing activities will be led so learners have the opportunity to imprint new the behaviors into their nervous system using a fun improv technique. Students will learn how emotions and nerves effect behavior. Having this knowledge makes people more effective in negotiations and communications.
Leslie Martinich has been a leadership consultant for 20 years. She says, “In my many years as a software developer and leader, I noticed that we could always solve the technical problems.
