It might a difficult process at first as you have to work and exercise at the same time. However, you just need to keep thinking about the goals you want to achieve. You should also keep doing these exercises on a daily basis.

Start walking to work too if you have enough time to do so and if your house is just nearby. Instead of using the lift, it helps if you go to your office using the stairs. This helps a lot so you become more physically active. These might be just small actions, but they can pose significant effects when done on a daily basis.
